Manufacture it for India.
The Master brochure describes a network of local factories, combining traditional taste, distribution and manufacturing support. Its stated mission is 500 factories across India; the Website Book gives a different target of 2,000 by 2030. The current target needs confirmation.
From Chennai to a wider network.
The brochure traces the brand from one Chennai factory in 2018 to 43 cities in 2022, 80 cities in 2023 and 60+ partners by 2025. These are dated company milestones, rather than live network counts.
Understanding the business
The numbers, with their context.
The Master brochure’s illustrations are kept together here: production costs, fixed expenses, sales scenarios and profit sharing.
Figures are provisional source illustrations, not projections of your earnings. Production, sales, operating costs and the signed terms determine the outcome.
Manufacturing cost per glass bottlep. 5
The brochure calls ₹11 “profit/bottle”: ₹15 selling price less ₹4 production cost, before the monthly fixed expenses and profit sharing shown on later pages. Zero entries are reproduced as printed; they do not mean that bottles or packaging have no acquisition cost.

Business support and partner suitability · pages 11–12 (PDF, opens in a new tab)Investment, setup and equipmentpp. 15–16
- The investment is non-refundable. Factory setup is stated as within 75 working days after full payment, subject to material and operational availability.
- Machinery, trays and bottle transport are extra. The brochure estimates ₹2–2.5 lakh, payable by the franchisee; own transport needs prior written approval.
- Transactions must use the company’s designated tie-up bank account. Future assets or machinery recommended by the State Head are added to investment and extend the guarantee period as agreed.
Software, stock records and shop equipmentpp. 16–17
- Use the company-approved operations and sales software for all franchise activities. Provide sales, stock and operational data whenever requested.
- Obtain a signed shopkeeper visicooler agreement before dispatch. The 80–100 coolers are sent in batches, according to shop needs and sales; listed sizes are 50, 200 and 300 litres.
- Tabletop and bottle-holder standees are also supplied for branding and display instead of visicoolers where appropriate.
Delivery operations and division of responsibilitiespp. 18–19
- The delivery vehicle must run on all six working days each week. For a missed working day, the fixed expense for that day is excluded from the guarantee calculation.
- The brochure also states a daily deduction comprising franchise guarantee, company profit and fixed expense if the vehicle does not run. The exact daily calculation must be agreed before signing.
- The company launches and handles sales and marketing. The franchisee manufactures under the company SOP and keeps sufficient vehicle stock to meet the target.
Production, raw materials and bottlespp. 19–20
- Source S30-grade sugar and CO₂ locally. The company supplies the other raw materials. Royalty is billed when flavour is purchased.
- The company maintains a production-cost calculation sheet and explains it to the franchisee.
- Additional glass bottles are purchased by the franchisee and treated as assets, not expenses. The minimum bottle order is 5,000.
- The brochure estimates 5% breakage in the first transported lot and 1% during normal production.
Sales reporting and delivery lossespp. 21
- Profit and loss is calculated daily. Confirm the salesperson’s reported data against actual supplies.
- Sales loss means cases taken out but not accepted by the shop: in the brochure’s example, five cases taken and three accepted leaves two cases as sales loss.
- An order must reach the shop the next day. Otherwise its sales count is treated as a franchise loss and added to the sales record.
Invoices, payment and settlementpp. 22–23
- Invoices are issued every Monday, due by the following Monday. Profit sharing is settled at that time; profits are calculated weekly.
- Delayed or missing payment reduces the guarantee period and may temporarily suspend services. The brochure states 18% interest on delayed payment without specifying the interest period; obtain that basis in writing.
- Losses can be deducted and the remaining balance paid. Any payment extension requires prior approval through official company email, for a maximum of three days.
- Bill-to-bill market credit is required. A detailed profit-and-loss calculation sheet will be explained by the company.
Monthly costs and reportingpp. 23–25
- The State Head sets the monthly target before the month begins; plan manpower against it. Expense budgets are listed in the brochure.
- Maintain small costs in the miscellaneous-expense category; the brochure says bills are not required for these.
- Marketing material beyond the initial allocation and incentives for franchise-paid workers, drivers, loadmen and operational staff enter that month’s fixed expenses.
- Report daily fuel and other variable expenses to the sales manager so daily profit and loss can be calculated.
Claim timing and eligibilitypp. 13, 25–26
- Months one to six have no guaranteed profit. The brochure says the company covers losses during this cooling period; the guarantee begins only in month seven.
- The schedule lists ₹1,75,000 for months 7–37 (31 months), then NIL in months 38–39. Fixed expense remains listed throughout.
- Monthly profits are described as reimbursed quarterly. The schedule also pairs month seven with payment month one, and page 26 says the first-month claim is made in the seventh month. Confirm how expense deficits, profit deficits and quarterly reimbursement align.
- Read the full profit-deficit claim schedule and have all investment terms explained before signing the Letter of Intent. Active participation, software records, delivery operations and timely settlement affect eligibility.
